WINDOWS has a bug so that it does not free memory as it should. As a result, one may get a message "Cannot Allocate More Memory".
This fix changes the MOSES memory model to an old one which uses a fixed amount of space. With this model, the number specified via -MAXA is a true limit to the amount of memory used. This may cause problems.
