If one extracts modes for a structure with Morrison's elements which are in the water, he will get incorrect results for the natural frequencies. This is because the element mass matrices were inadvertently assembled in the wrong system.

Description Of Problem

If one imports a pressure database during an inmodel, and the model has compartments, he will receive error messages that the tanks have zero volume. This is due to an inadvertent call to a routine to recompute the forces before the compartments have been completely defined.
